President Betty Craig, with the help of new member transfer Mary Lou Mayhugh and prospective new member Sue Mullins presented a program on Memorial Day at the Everman Senior Citizens luncheon. There were 25 people present including the presenters.

Betty read a brief History of Memorial Day which was passed out to all in attendance. They played Patriotic music and handed out 20  brochures on flag etiquette and 30  small vinyl  flags to be placed on graves or in flower beds,20 copies of the  Pledge of allegiance to the flag,20 copies of the National Anthem, and 20 stick on flags.

One Flag Kit was given as a door prize. The lucky winner was
Juanita Garrett, Former president of Senior Citizens of Everman.
