Funeral arrangements for Post Member: George Nelson

From Jim Hoffman

Comrades, our Commander's motto is" 2nd to none" so lets "GIT R DONE".  I would like to have all MAP and National Home X's on our stat sheet before the District Meeting in Granbury.  There are a few posts that don't have it done.  Tell your young perspective members that it was the VFW who fought hard for the new "GI BILL".  We have Legislative Members who go to Capital hill every six months to meet with your Representatives and fight for our rights.  Don't forget our female veterans, there are a bunch out there and we need them.  We have to get our membership back up to help fight for veterans rights.
